As part of the PeriNEXT project, we are launching the Discover Today Brainstorm Workshop series across our partner countries: 🇵🇹 Portugal, 🇧🇪 Belgium, and 🇹🇷 Türkiye.
These interactive workshops bring together VET professionals, urban planners, environmental and energy engineers, mobility experts and local community representatives to collaboratively explore the current challenges and opportunities in peri-urban areas.
Using participatory and co-design methodologies, the workshops aim to:
– Identify key barriers and needs for sustainable peri-urban transformation
– Foster interdisciplinary dialogue and innovation
– Generate insights to inform climate-neutral planning strategies
The outcomes of these sessions will directly contribute to the development of the Climate Neutral Awareness Kit and other project outputs, ensuring that our solutions are practical, inclusive and responsive to local contexts.
